Fly Fishing Guide - Eric Leininger

Eric is a pro guide with vast experience in trout, steelhead, bass, carp, and tiger muskie.  While he has taken a hiatus from smaller species he can still be found in the shop sharing a wealth of information on all things fly fishing, including, yes even trout!

When asked why flyfishing he says:

"I just love being outside, it’s that simple. That’s the reason I fish and why I guide. Over the years watching my clients turn into friends, and their skill level improve is super rewarding as well. 

We chase multiple species throughout the year at prime times, meaning the amount of fish that are around and weather conditions. Always striving to improve, tighten up the program, or find new water. I couldn’t see myself doing anything different."

Eric is a student of all fly fishing which extends far beyond the NW region and currently is working to put together hosted trips.  Eric is also a proud Ambassador with:
